My work experience

I worked in Dadi Kindergarten as a volunteer teacher for 10 hours in total. I felt tried but happy these days. I played games with kids and I had a nice time with them. I went there two days. This kindergarten is a new kindergarten in my hometown. It is small but beautiful. There are many large toys and nice decorations. Many kids always want to go there for fun. There are many good teachers and foreign teachers, too.



I learnt many things from my work experience, not only about how to look after the kids, but also about how to do a good job. Pay attention and be patient are the skills to take a good care of kids. Do everything should pay the price. Nothing is easy, if you do not put your effort into it, you could not do anything successful.



During the process, I knew teacher was not an easy job, especially the kindergarten teachers. They not only shoulder the responsibility of teaching, but also shoulder the responsibility to ensure the safety of children. These kids were all too young and they were naughty. They did not listening to you, so it was difficult to make them quiet and perusable. This made me thought of my mother, she is a kindergarten teacher, too. She had taught and looked after a lot of kids. She also taught and looked after my sister and me. She is a hard-working and strong person. I did not understand her pains. After the process, I became more and more care my mother. I knew she always careful and kind, so I often help her do some housework now.



Work with other people, efficiency and safety are the most important factors, but many people do not know how to do these. Through my work experience, I know that work with other people should make them be willing to work with you first. You should have a good personality and character. You also should have a good relationship. Then a list or a plan about what time who do what things can help you work more effectively. Do not go to dangerous places and do dangerous actions can make our work more safely. As an individual worker, you should improve your own ability. When you face problem, you should calm down first, then you should divergent thinking and come up with many ideas to achieve success. As a collaborative worker, you should master the skills about working with other people, and then use collectivity's ideas add you own idea to achieve success.



My job was to take good care of kids, so safety was the most requisite problem. Make sure them do not fight and run are important. I thought I would feel very easy to look after these kids, but things not as simple as I thought. When I got there, only a few kids arrived. Then people became more and more, they were noisy and not only played toys at the table, but also ran in the classroom. I thought this was dangerous and said, “Stop, stop running and sit on your chairs", but the kids did not listen to me; they still do their own things. I said again and again, but it did not work. When I went in front of them, they stopped running, but another kid began to run, I felt one person can not do the whole job. Then I worked with another teacher and did a good job. All the kids were quiet and just sat at the table. This work experience can help the other teacher to look after kids, this can reduce community's burden and make the kids there safer. This experience can make me know the importance of cooperation and rich my life. It also makes me know the pains of work. I will join more jobs like this.
