I went to an Italian restaurant called “Ciao Italian Pizzeria and Restaurant” on December 14, 2008. I was really looking forward to this, because I never went to an Italian restaurant before. I went there with my classmates : Doria、Sima、David、Martin、Mark、Jo、Leon、Angela and Candice. I went there also with grade 12 mentors: Julia、Vivian and Tracy. I was late and went there in a hurry at about 6:10 p.m. because of the busy traffic. I felt very sorry about it. We chose this restaurant because we all thought Italian food tasted nice and not very expensive. The Italian restaurant is at shigu road no.193 and we decided to meet there at 6:00 p.m.
We all had a nice night there, although some of us were feeling uncomfortable about their food. I like the food fruit pizza that I chose because it was cheap and delicious. I felt really full and pleasant. Food I usually eat is rice、vegetables and meat. The food there are always many kinds of Italian home-made noodles、seafood、pizza、ice cream and so on. I thought they were quite different. They have different food styles. Maybe rice、vegetables and such as these food I always eat, so I thought the food in the Italian restaurant are have much more different kinds and tasted nicer. The environment there was quiet and beautiful because it is in an alleyway. I really like the atmosphere there, it was harmonious and peaceful. Many foreign people like to go to there. Most of them are going there with families and friends. The waiters and hostesses there were kind and helpful. They always tried their best to help us.
I have invited some friends to go there; I hope you can go there too. You can enjoy yourself there; maybe you will also meet some GCA teachers there, because we met some GCA teachers there that night, too.
